Today I took the plunge,
and signed myself up to be in the running as a board member of the student IAD group on Facebook. Apparently the school is trying to create one for each major via Facebook, but making it a legit resource for students. There would be 2 monthly meetings, and would require dedication for a year. I have never been a part of any of my school or major’s gatherings. I realized that I really need to...

A few simple truths:
I am tall, big, chubby, broad, wide, husky… I am 5’7” and full of strong, Italian (and Mexican) blood.
I was abused. Manipulated. But I survived and I will continue to survive on a regular basis.
I like being in control, but I like to be controlled, too. Happy balances.
